June 30, 2010. Granite Day!

Our granite was installed today.

The Inspectors were doing their job!

June 28, 2010, Floor and Baseboards

We have a beautiful wood floor.

And baseboards.....

The Inspectors are checking it out!

June 23, 2010. The Inspectors have returned

The Inspectors have returned to see if they can take a peak of the wood for the new floor.

Brudy must be trying to figure out how to turn on the fan.....

June 22, 2010 - No more RED!

Handles have been installed.

Walls painted. No more red walls.

June 21, 2010, Oven, Microwave & Floor

I might have to cook soon as the microwave and oven were put in place on Monday.









































I had to see how the new floor is going to look. Looks very good.

June 16-18, 2010. More cabinet work

I made a new friend in the lagoon behind the condo where we stayed in Hilton Head. He came from where ever he was when you through ice cubes or called his name. Al E Gator. I don't know for sure which it was. He was close to the bank but did not come up.

Brutus and Buckeye were on vacation at Vicki and Markus's house while we were on vacation. Here Brutus was telling me he how much he did not like to ride in the car. Buckeye just tried to hide. The're home now.

Cabinets are taking shape. Trim added to top of cabinets. Doors and drawers installed. Wait and see what is next.......

June 11-15, 2010. Cabinet install begins

The base cabinets were put in place and wall cabinets hung. Starting to look like a kitchen.

June 10, 2010, The Delivery

The big truck came and brought big presents.

Monday, June 7, 2010. Peak a Boo

Walls are primed....

The ugly radiator has been removed.

And the Inspectors are checking out the basement!

Friday, June 4, 2010. Stars in the Ceiling

Ta Da!

We now have a fancy ceiling in our kitchen!

Hurst workers have also sanded the dry wall. Next the walls will be primed.

Hold your breath until Thursday when the cabinets arrive....... We are holding ours........

So are Brudy and Buckey......

Monday-Tuesday, June 1 & June 2. Let there be Walls
